Services
Rouobee Logistics provides China sourcing and international freight forwarding, including product inspection, air and sea freight, DDP shipping, customs clearance and door-to-door delivery. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted based on final cargo details, carrier rates and customs requirements.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate cargo information and ensuring goods comply with applicable export and import regulations. Prohibited or restricted items may not be shipped.
Liability
While we handle cargo with the utmost care and maintain a strong safety record, our liability is limited to the terms agreed in each shipment contract. We recommend cargo insurance for high-value goods.
